Property Inspections & Reports
Once per month we will thoroughly inspect the property ensuring that the plumbing, electrics, appliances, air condition units and the general condition of the property is satisfactory and in order.
We also ensure that all doors, windows and shutters are secure. Electric and water meters are read to ensure no unseen leaks/problems. We shall then forward a detailed report via e-mail or fax, to the property owner, specifying any problems and a suggested course of action.
In cases of emergency, the owners are contacted immediately for a solution to the problem.
