First impressions count - we ensure that your property is prepared & cleaned to the very highest standard. You or your guests will arrive to find the property fresh, clean and inviting. Detailed below are some of the cleaning options we offer:
 SPRING CLEAN -As the property will have been closed during the winter period, we highly recommend a spring clean to prepare the property for the rental season.
We carry out a total clean inside and outside of the property with all floors swept and mopped; carpets/rugs vacuumed; all worktops and surfaces cleaned; cupboards and wardrobes cleaned inside and out; kitchen appliances cleaned inside and out; bathroom and toilets sanitized; outside veranda’s and patios swept and mopped; bbq’s cleaned plus all windows and shutters cleaned inside and out. If required we can also make up the beds. Laundry (sheets/towels) costs are included in the price.
CHANGE-OVER CLEAN -A full clean inside of the property, kitchen appliances cleaned, bathrooms and toilets cleaned and toilet rolls and bin liners replenished. Bedrooms cleaned and beds made ready. Outside veranda’s and patio’s swept and mopped. Laundry (sheets/towels) costs are included in the price. **
MID-STAY CLEAN - A light clean inside the property is carried out, all surfaces dusted and bathrooms and toilets cleaned, change of linen/towels, floors are swept and mopped. Laundry (sheets/towels) costs are included in the price. **
LAUNDRY SERVICES - Laundry will be collected and itemized, professionally laundered and delivered back to your property. Laundry is available only for household linen. The laundry costs for sheets/towels/pillow cases/bath mats and tea towels are included in the cleaning prices. Quilts/bedspreads and throws etc., will incur an additional charge.
** Windows/shutters/patio doors/skylights are NOT included in the price except for the Spring Clean. (We will notify owners when this service is required)
WELCOME PACKS - Add a little sparkle for your guest’s arrival by providing a welcome pack with the following provisions:
Small welcome pack (up-to 6 persons) – 1 litre of milk, 2 bottles of water, 1 carton of orange juice, 6 eggs, 1 small loaf, margarine, jam, coffee, tea-bags, sugar.
Large welcome pack (up-to 12 persons) – 2 litres of milk, 3 bottles of water, 2 cartons of orange juice, 12 eggs, 1 large loaf, margarine, jam, coffee, tea-bags, sugar.
** Extra items such as fruit, wine, flowers etc can be included and an extra charge will be incurred **
