Our in-resort team are experienced and knowledgeable in providing excellent customer care. From booking to departure we aim to deliver a service that will make your guests recommend & return to your property.
MEETING YOUR GUESTS
– Your guests will be met at the property by a Genesis representative within 24 hours of their arrival. We will advise your guests on the local amenities and areas of interest; and give them all the necessary information required (use of washing machine etc); to make their holiday stress-free and enjoyable.
GUEST INFORMATION BOOKLET
– A full property information booklet will be prepared to assist guest’s in using electrical and kitchen appliances, useful telephone numbers (hospitals etc), useful information (bus times, banks/shop opening times) along with location of local beaches, restaurants, places of interest etc.
– Within 24 hours of your guest’s departure we will inspect the property and contents for any damage etc., and a full report along with photographs; will be sent to the owner, who has the option to deduct the cost of repair/replacement from the guest’s security bond.
– Add a little sparkle for your guest’s arrival by providing a welcome pack with the following provisions:
Small welcome pack (up-to 6 persons) – 1 litre of milk, 2 bottles of water, 1 carton of orange juice, 6 eggs, 1 small loaf, margarine, jam, coffee, tea-bags, sugar.
Large welcome pack (up-to 12 persons) – 2 litres of milk, 3 bottles of water, 2 cartons of orange juice, 12 eggs, 1 large loaf, margarine, jam, coffee, tea-bags, sugar.
** Extra items such as fruit, wine, flowers etc can be included and an extra charge will be incurred
24HR EMERGENCY SERVICE
Property owners and their guests have access to a telephone number for emergency situations only.
If a fault is reported i.e. water leaks, electricity failure etc, we will check the problem and ascertain the cause, if we can affect the repair immediately it shall be done, if for some reason this cannot be rectified there and then, the repair shall be carried out at the earliest possible opportunity, upon written agreement of the quotation by the owner.
